Peter Pepper Cart + Epson Projector
IMG_1236.jpg
We have three of these setups in our space. The Peter Pepper Cart (Wheelies Projector Cart Model 7925) is sturdy, with great wheels. The interior shelf can be moody. The projector is an Epson Wireless EMP-1715. Works great so far, but haven't used the wireless feature yet. (Sonoma State University Library).
MacBooks

We have 45 MacBooks that we use for information literacy instruction in a couple different spaces. They work brilliantly. I would encourage anyone thinking about laptops to make the move. It is more staff intensive than desktops, because of set-up time, but the changes in student interaction are totally worth it. (Sonoma State University Library).
Spectrum Industries LT15 Laptop Cart

We have three of these carts to store and charge our 45 laptops. They function pretty well. On a good note, they have sturdy wheels and shelves. On a bad note, cord management is an issue and the doors/locks are low quality. (Sonoma State University Library).
Smart Board Interactive White Board
We had an older model of Smart Board in a room where projection was not recommended. The WOW factor was kind of fun for students. They died after three years and we had to move to another technology. They are probably most effective in small classrooms that are easy to darken.
